Find clear and detailed answers to your questions about bonuses, withdrawals, VIP, slot games, and cricket betting — all in one place.

How do bonuses work, how long does a withdrawal take, what does it take to reach VIP status, what does RTP mean in slots — we have put together answers to the most important questions on this FAQ page. If you still can't find what you are looking for, our support team is always here for you.
Bonus Terms
No, the welcome bonus is available only once per account. It applies to the first deposit only. If someone tries to claim the bonus by opening multiple accounts, that goes against kg995's rules and those accounts may be suspended. Play fairly with one account and enjoy the VIP rewards.
After logging in, simply make your first deposit of at least ৳500 and the welcome bonus will be added automatically. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive an extra ৳1,000 as a bonus — giving you a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳32,000. No separate code is needed.
The wagering requirement at kg995 is 15x and applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. For example, if you received a ৳1,000 bonus, you will need to place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing any winnings from that bonus. Once this condition is met, any winnings from the bonus become fully withdrawable.
The bonus has a set expiry period, and if the wagering requirement is not met within that time, the bonus may be cancelled. The specific expiry period is communicated when the bonus is issued. So play regularly after receiving your bonus and try to complete the requirement promptly. Contact the support team to find out the exact validity period.
Yes, if you do not want the bonus or wish to withdraw your deposited funds without it, you can contact the support team and they can cancel the active bonus. Keep in mind that if a bonus is cancelled, all winnings linked to it will also be forfeited. Think it through carefully before cancelling.
VIP Benefits
VIP members receive weekly cashback that increases with their level. They also get faster withdrawal processing, exclusive promotions, and priority support. Higher levels unlock special rewards and offers. The VIP program is kg995's way of showing appreciation to regular players.
There are five VIP levels in total: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (0.6%), Gold (0.9%), Platinum (1.2%), and Diamond (1.5%). The higher your level, the higher the cashback rate. This cashback is credited directly to your account every week, which you can use to keep playing.
Your VIP level upgrades automatically as you play actively and continue your betting activity. The more you play and bet, the faster you can move up. Contact the support team to find out your current standing and what is needed to reach the next level.
At the end of each week, your cashback is calculated based on your betting activity and credited directly to your kg995 account. You do not need to do anything separately to receive it — it is automatic based on your level. Diamond members enjoy the highest weekly cashback of 1.5%, which is a great benefit for long-term players.
Withdrawals
Yes, for security purposes kg995 only sends funds to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in the player's own name, or to their own bank account. Withdrawals to someone else's number or a third-party account are not permitted. This ensures the safety of your funds.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. If it takes longer, first confirm that the wagering requirement has been met and your account verification is complete. If the issue persists, contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. Our support team will look into your request.
Absolutely. kg995 is active seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Withdrawal requests can be submitted at night or on weekends and are processed as normal. There is no extra delay for holidays or nighttime. So whenever you need to, go ahead and submit your request with confidence.
The standard withdrawal time at kg995 is within 1 hour. Funds sent to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay generally arrive almost instantly. Bank transfers may take slightly longer due to the bank's own processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Slot Games
RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of total bets that a game returns to players over the long term. It is a theoretical figure, calculated as an average across millions of spins. A higher RTP means the game returns more over time, but it does not guarantee the outcome of any specific session. Every spin works completely independently.
A progressive jackpot is a growing prize pool. A small portion of each bet is added to the jackpot pool, so the prize keeps increasing until someone wins it. Once someone wins, the pool resets back to zero and starts building again. Winning typically requires hitting a special combination or triggering a specific feature. It is one of the most exciting aspects of the slot world.
Many slot games at kg995 offer a demo mode where you can play for free using virtual credits. You can explore the game's features, pay table, and mechanics without spending real money. However, demo winnings cannot be withdrawn — it is purely for practice and exploration.
Volatility, or variance, measures how frequently a game pays out and how large those payouts are. Low-volatility games pay out smaller wins more often, which helps maintain your balance. High-volatility games pay out less frequently, but the wins tend to be larger. Choosing the right volatility based on your budget and playing style is a smart move.
kg995 has a large collection from world-renowned game providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. You will find popular titles like Fortune Tiger and Gates of Olympus, as well as fishing games and crash games. This variety of themes and mechanics caters to every player's preference.
Cricket Betting
Yes, reading decimal odds is quite straightforward. Say the odds are 2.50 — that means if you bet ৳100 and win, you get back ৳250 (including your original bet). So your profit is ৳150. The higher the odds, the bigger the potential win, but the chance of winning is generally lower. For example, if Bangladesh's odds in a Bangladesh vs India match are 3.50, a ৳1,000 bet would return ৳3,500 if they win.
kg995 offers betting markets for major international cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. Special markets are available for every Bangladesh Tigers series. Visit the cricket section to see which markets are available for which tournaments.
Yes, kg995 offers in-play or live betting. You can place bets even after a match has started, following the situation over-by-over. Wickets falling, run rate, partnerships — the ability to analyze all of this and make decisions in real time makes cricket betting even more exciting.
Match winner (which team will win), top batsman, top bowler, total runs (over/under), method of first wicket, runs in a specific over — these are the most commonly played markets. For example, in a Bangladesh vs India match, markets like "how many runs will Bangladesh score in the first powerplay" are also popular. You will find all markets in detail in kg995's cricket section.
Analysing pitch conditions, weather, recent team form, and head-to-head records can make your betting decisions more informed. Spreading your bets across smaller amounts in different markets rather than placing a large amount on one market reduces risk. Keep in mind, though, that cricket is an unpredictable sport — even the best analysis may not match the outcome. Set a budget and play responsibly.
